Construction of new classical high school in Senise (PZ)

With a view to meeting the requirements of energy saving and respect for the environment also dictated by the new regulations, acting on an existing structure, Sa.Gest has realized, through structural and functional adaptation, an energy self-sufficient building. The new classical high school in Senise now uses renewable sources of energy for room air conditioning such as photovoltaic and solar thermal; indoor and outdoor lighting with LED light fixtures; an all-air conditioning system to ensure the reduction of indoor pollution; and through a system of building automation control of the building’s environmental and plant parameters is carried out.
