A new DCS control system, adjustment to regulatory standards, and improved risk monitoring.
Sa.Gest’s activities carried out in the Oil & Gas sector includes electro instrumental maintenance of the SNAM gas network.
In view of the experience and quality of the interventions, Sa.Gest was assigned the design and implementation of the entire resurfacing work ele/smi of the Melizzano Node.
All instrumentation cables were replaced, all electrical actuators were replaced, new cable routes were made, and existing instrumentation was optimized, improving the performance of the entire system and bringing it up to the latest standards. A new DCS control system built according to our design specification within the scope of our automation engineering activities was laid.
