Electronic Invoicing Obligation Sa.Gest Coordinates

Law No. 205/2017 (Stability Law 2018) stipulated, effective Jan. 1, 2019, the obligation of electronic invoicing for the supply of goods and services made between VAT holders and to private parties.

In order to be able to fulfill this obligation and in particular, in order to receive the invoice, it is necessary for each customer to have one of the following communication channels:

RECIPIENT CODE issued by SDI (code consisting of 7 digits)

PEC (certified electronic mail) ADDRESS.
