Dear Stakeholders,<\/span><\/p>\n

over the past year, the company has strengthened its leadership position in its target markets of Oil & Gas, Civil, Industrial, Energy.<\/span><\/p>\n

This has been made possible through investments in Security and Training supported by state-of-the-art solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

All of this has allowed us to increase our workforce, which has recorded a number of 20 new hires, highlighting the trend of constant improvement, strengthened by a work policy that aims for excellence.<\/span><\/p>\n

The scenario in which we find ourselves today poses serious challenges at its core. Several were faced in 2023, due to the general instability in the European and global geo-political environment that has led to necessary revisions in prices and ways of operating. <\/span><\/p>\n

Therefore, the new year requires us to place our attention and commitment on issues such as sustainable development, energy transition, and deepening ESG issues, monitoring performance, efficiency, quality, risks, and opportunities.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the foreseeable future, we intend to develop this area, expanding our service offerings through established know-how and a renewed spirit of innovation.<\/span><\/p>\n

In this way, we hope to achieve in the long run the goal of an increasingly incisive presence in various fields, without disregarding customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, we must never overlook the relationships that the company establishes with its stakeholders, who hold a decisive importance without whom it would not be possible to define a sustainable development strategy that takes into account the needs, the requirements of each of them and the impacts that the actions carried out generate. External and internal stakeholders are a driving force, and we are truly honored that the bond with them grows stronger year after year, a symptom of a mutual trust that rests on a solid foundation thanks to the transparency of our activities and our constant commitment to responsibility. <\/span><\/p>\n
